Does the BMW G310GS deserve to be called a GS? Yes, I honestly think it does. I’m not a great off-road rider, but I enjoy exploring off the beaten track at times. I recently sold my KTM 1050 Adventure – it was a brilliant machine, but the off-road ability was wasted on me; it’s just too heavy. The same goes for the mighty R1200GS
I have owned mine, since September 2019 and also being 5' 7" or 170cm tall. I love my bike, but struggle with the seat height to ground ratio. I don't understand as BMW have other GS models like the F750 GS is 815mm and can be lowered to 770mm. And our bikes are at 835mm seat height.
